Product Item: Heylifts 1.5T-3T Cold Storage Special Forklift
This cold storage special forklift is developed for low-temperature warehousing applications. It can operate stably in an environment of -25℃ ~ -30℃, which is an ideal handling equipment for frozen food, cold chain warehousing and low-temperature raw material warehouses.
It is equipped with a fully enclosed cabin, which effectively isolates the low-temperature cold airflow in the cold storage, prevents cold invasion and protects operators from frostbite. The sealed cabin structure reduces frost fog on the window to maintain clear vision.
An automatic heating system is standard equipped. It automatically maintains a comfortable temperature inside the cabin without frequent manual adjustment. Under continuous low-temperature conditions, the heating system ensures normal operation of control components and instruments and improves comfort during long-hour cold-room operations.
The whole forklift is specially reinforced for cold storage use. The hydraulic system, electrical components and battery adopt low-temperature resistant spare parts, solving common problems of ordinary forklifts such as thickened hydraulic oil, battery capacity loss and electrical failure caused by frost. With anti-rust and anti-condensation design, it adapts to the high humidity and frosting environment inside cold storage, lowering failure rate and supporting continuous stable work at -25~30℃.
Application: Frozen food warehouse, cold chain logistics cold storage, quick-frozen raw material storage, low-temperature pharmaceutical warehouse and other deep-freeze warehouses.
