Our official quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the quotation is not confirmed within the valid period. All charges related to cross-border transportation, including freight, insurance premium, customs duties and clearance fees, shall be borne by the party as agreed in the contract. We will arrange delivery strictly in accordance with the agreed schedule. We shall not be liable for any delivery delay caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, port congestion, changes of customs policies and other uncontrollable circumstances. ## 5. Cancellation and Opt-out If you wish to cancel your inquiry intention or a confirmed order, please get in touch with us via the contact information mentioned above. For orders with deposit or advance payment settled, the cancellation rules and related arrangements shall comply with the clauses stipulated in the formal contract. ## 6.
